When attempting to install HandyCalc I ran into the following error:

adb install handycalc.apk
911 KB/s (609115 bytes in 0.652s)
pkg: /data/local/tmp/handycalc.apk
Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES]

A quick search led me to this bug report.

Are other people having this issue? Is there some way to work around this?

Edit: I have found this post that plusminus made, linking to a version which works.
